TAD RESTORATION'S MANAGED SERVICE AGREEMENT/(MSA)
Our MSA program provides a proactive and managed services approach to our commercial client base. Implementation of our MSA program has proven to reduce the overall operating expense of our clients by 24% and historically has reduced a facility’s loss-of-use time by 30%.

Our MSA program can be broken down as follows:

Phase I – Prior to any loss, TAD conducts an on-site inspection to determine and document the current condition of the property. Should any deferred maintenance be required, TAD will provide a required Maintenance program schedule.

Phase II – Maintenance and Monitoring: Maintenance: Any required Maintenance will be performed to bring our client's assets up to the required current conditions requirements.

The asset Monitoring will be site-specific, being tailored to the region of the specific asset, by uploading the property-specific address into asset monitoring software, for 24/7/365 severe weather monitoring.

Phase III – Mitigation and Reconstruction: Following a natural disaster, our Quick Response Team (QRT) and assets will be deployed to the impacted property to mitigate our clients’ properties from further interior and or exterior damage. Dedicated project managers remain engaged throughout the duration of the project.
